Hot/Cold Pack/Microwaveable Heating Pack/Rice & Flaxseed Heating Cooling Pad/Reusable Heating Pad/Hand Warmers/Boo Boo Bag/Neck and Head Pad

These are reusable Hot/Cold Packs that are filled with a mixture of Rice and Flaxseed. The packs can be placed in the microwave and heated in 30 second intervals until they reach your preferred temperature. Be careful when removing them from the microwave to ensure they are not too hot to touch. They can also be stored in the freezer and used as an ice pack. The variety of sizes allows you to choose when you best need them. Keep the Hand Warmers in your pockets for a chilly day or use the head or neck packs to help ease your headaches or tension.
